In this lesson you will learn how to make a woven cap for a top drilled crystal point. With a few modifications, this design also works well for larger, top drilled or front drilled teardrop and marquise shaped beads.

Materials
*1 top drilled crystal point (hole must accommodate 20g wire)
*21” of 20 gauge wire (dead soft or
half hard)
*Approximately 2 yards of 26 or 28
gauge dead soft wire
Tools
* Wire Cutters
* Round Nose Pliers
* Flat Nose Pliers
* Needle File or Wire Rounder/Cup Burr
* Bail Making Pliers, Mandrel, or other round object approximately 3/16” in diameter
